Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy applies to people in Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, and to "consumer health data" as their laws define it: information that identifies you and relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.

• The care needs you choose in an inquiry (for example memory care, help with bathing, or mobility), with your name and contact details.
• Health details you choose to write in an inquiry message or type to the AI search assistant.
• The fact that you searched for a type of care, when it is linked to an inquiry you sent.

It comes from you. We don't buy health data or collect it from other sources.

To send your inquiry to the provider you chose, with your consent given by ticking the box on the form; and to understand what you are searching for in the assistant. Inquiries are deleted 180 days after you send them. We don't keep what you type to the assistant.

The provider you send an inquiry to; Google, which processes assistant questions for us; and the hosting, email and text providers named in our Privacy Policy, who act only on our instructions. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

You can ask whether we hold your consumer health data, get a list of who we shared it with, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email support@seniorleaf.com as described in your state privacy rights. We reply within 45 days, and you can appeal a refusal by replying to our answer. In Washington you may also complain to the Attorney General.
